[SNMP4J] Parse MIB files with SNMP4J

Hi Pavel,

This is an FAQ. SNMP4J cannot parse SMI,
but other Java APIs can do. For example,
my JASMI from http://www.mibdesigner.com
or Mibble as well as SMI4J.
