[SNMP4J] USM with multiple users with same name, different credentials

Hi Venkat,

The approach you outlined below is the recommended way.
You can use it also slightly modified by leaving
engine discovery activated, but adding those users
that have different passwords on different machines
only localized to their engine ID (which has to be
known in advance, of course).
