[SNMP4J] Help with writing SNMP agent

Hi,
 
I need to write SNMP agent in our JAVA application.
 
We have a specific MIB file - How can I work with this mib file in my
application?
 
If I want to perform something after someone change the OID value using
Mib Browser, Do I need to use the CommandResponder? 
 
It will be very helpful if someone has a code example for those
operations...
