[SNMP4J] Java MIB compiler

Hi,

First, let me congratulate you guys (however many of you there are) on a great codebase with Snmp4j.  I've tried its SNMPv3 auth and table-based GETBULK and it all works great.

What I can't seem to find any info on though is a MIB compiler for Java.  Is that something that comes with the base snmp4j package?  Any info on that would be appreciated.
