[SNMP4J] add a new mib

Hi,
I I want to write an application to supervice network devices using snmp4j.
I try some codes that I find in the net like this code.

see the    SNMPCommands.java 
/*******************************************/
it works well with a windows xp agent.But when I change the oid with the device oid ,I receive a null reply.

I wonder how to add the devices' mib.
I use the windows xp agent now.It's necessary to implement an snmp4j agent to add new mibs?or I can add mibs to windows xp agent?if yes I can ,how to do?
