Note that SNMPv1 doesn't support Counter64 types, but the 
CommunityTarget will use SNMPv1 by default - also see RFC2576 "4.1.2.1. 
Handling Counter64".

You'll probably want to do a:

target.setVersion(SnmpConstants.version2c);

to use SNMPv2c instead of SNMPv1.
