[SNMP4J] SNMPv3 Authentication Protocol -> HMAC-SHA-96 and HMAC-MD5-96

Hi Libumon,

Both SHA and MD5 authentication protocols are supported.
The ID of the SHA protocol is AuthSHA.ID. See
