[SNMP4J] DefaultMOTable into DefaultMOtable.

Jean,

SMI (SNMP) does not support "table-within-a-table".
You need to model your MIB in a relation database
table fashion. Tables in SMI can have relations
which are based on the index definitions of the
tables. See the tables.pdf paper from David Perkins
(snmpinfo.com if I remember it correctly) for more
details.
