[SNMP4J] Agent / manager reconnect problem

Jon,

I think I have fixed this problem in SNMP4J 1.10.1.
Please download SNMP4J-1.10.1-beta from
http://www.snmp4j.org/snmp4j-1.10.1-beta.zip
and compile your agent(s) against it and try to
reproduce the problem.

Please let me know if the problem persists or not.
