[SNMP4J] send from multiple threads

Hello,

I'm using SNMP4J v1.9.3c and have multiple threads that must send PDUs
concurrently.

Can all the threads use the same Snmp instance safely or there must be the
one Snmp instance for each thread?

If all the threads can use the same Snmp instance, is it thread-safe or I
must write a synchronized block?
