[SNMP4J] TcpTransportMapping.close(address) hanging in AIX

Hi Frank,

Yes, the application (I mean the web inteface) keeps hanging when I try to 
close manually the TCP connection.
If everything is OK with the logs, then it should be an AIX JVM bug as you 
suggested, and not a SNMP4J bug.
I will check which version we are using in each AIX environment and look 
for IBM support (I will also try to check if TCP connections closes 
normally without manual close call).
