[SNMP4J] coldStart trap at agent start

Hi!

 

I have studied the SNMP4J Agent code and found the place where the
coldStart trap is send in case notification-mib and target-mib has been
configured/loaded.

This is done in the fireLaunchNotifications method in AgentConfigManager
class.

 

Is it always trying to send a coldStart trap at startup or is it
configurable?
