[SNMP4J] SNMP4J 1.11.x EOL and security update maintenance?

Hi Brice,

For the SNMP4J(-Agent*) 1.x branch, security updates
will be provided, at least until version 3.x is released
(not before 2013).

New features will be implemented in the current (2.x)
release in most cases.
