[SNMP4J] snmpget does not timeout & retry after failed operation

Hi Guys,



I use SNMP4J for polling via snmpget with defined timeout and retries.

I see in the log that when snmpget fails the action does not wait the time
out and does not retry but returns the failure immediately.

This is not a consistent behavior; most of the failed actions are executed
with timeout and retries.
