Hi,

You can use AgenPro to generate code for an agent
und create your own MOFactory for MOScalar
and MOTable instances to apply your delay
requirements.

You can also use AgenPro directly to run the
simulation agent. But that agent will not
be able to delay the response. However,
the next release of AgenPro will include
such a feature.
