[SNMP4J] sending SNMP requests from multiple source IP's through the same NIC

Hi Chuck,

If you can do it with Java Sockets, then you can do it with SNMP4J too.
Thus, it should be no problem. Just use the DefaultUdpTransportMapping
instance for each local address. When sending a message you need to
specify the transport mapping instance to be used then.
