[SNMP4J] Maven checksum issue with v2.1.0

Hi,

This is (was) a Maven 2.x bug. The SNMP4J build server now uses Maven 3
and with the next relealse, this issue should be finally fixed. That SNMP4J
will be released this week together with SNMP4J-SMI an add-on API
to be able to use MIB data with SNMP4J*.
