[SNMP4J] v1.11.3 and v1.11.4 distribution archive checksums don't match

I checked the distributions in tar.bz2, tar.gz and zip formats of the
versions in the subject [1][2] and all of them don't match the provided
SHA1 sums.

I could not check if this has been already reported as the list archive
[3] is not accessible (404, linked from here [4]). Also, the link to
wiki [5] does not work for me either - iceweasel says "The page isn't
redirecting properly".
