Adding row to a table

Hi Alex,

The standard does not dictate a certain behavior here. In general,
the order in which subrequests of the same SET request should
be processed is implementation specific.

AGENT++ processes subrequests in order, except if a RowStatus
object is set then these subrequests are processed out of order.
So, it does not matter whether the RowStatus is set to createAndGo/
createAndWait before or after the other columns in the row.

Best regards,
Frank
