MAX_VBS

Hi Wayne,

Why do you think that it is not safe to change the MAX_VBS value?

If you increase the MAX_VBS value, you should also increase the
MAX_SNMP_PACKET size in snmp_pp.h. If you do not, larger packets
may be dropped because they cannot be encoded/decoded with the
available buffer size.

BTW, which SNMP++ version are you using?

Regards,
Frank
