too many Report?!

I compiled snmp++\consoleExamples\snmpGet.cpp with Visual C++ .Net.
When I test my agent with the command:
snmpget 192.168.100.100 1.3.6.1.3.2.3.0 -v3 -snAuthNoPriv -sl2 -cnnoflyzone 
-md5 -uaAuthNoPriv

the packet sniffer Ethereal lists 6 messages:
GET
REPORT
GET
REPORT
GET
RESPONSE

The first GET has the Authenticated Flag not set, the first report too.
The second GET has the Authenticated Flag set...
The same problem occurs with Auth and Priv (-sl3 option).

Can anybody figure out what is the problem?
