[AGENT++] SNMP++ crashing when used Multithreading

Hi,

snmp++ is thread safe, if used correctly and return codes are checked by
the application.

> The application is crashing with the core dump pointing it to
> USM::add_usm_user.

Thanks for pointing me to this bug: The log message should be

"v3MP: You must not create two objects of this class!"

This will be fixed for the next release.
