[AGENT++] Cannot build default Agent++ on Fedora Core 24 64-bit

on a 64 bit system, the libraries are expected to be in lib64. If you
move them to lib64 directory, the configure of agent++ should find them.

Did "make install" copy them to lib directory? Are the produced
libraries 32 or 64 bit?
