[SNMP4J] About UGLI and log4j

Hi Kevin,

I think with the implementation of LogAdapter and LogFactory
in the new org.snmp4j.log package we have found a good
compromise. Log4J (regardless whether 1.2.x or 1.3.x) will still
be supported out-of-the-box with SNMP4J.

You can download SNMP4J v1.2.1 from
http://www.snmp4j.org/SNMP4J-1.2.1.zip

Best regards,
Frank
