Hello,

I would like to second Leo's request but for the general framework. It
would really be nice to be able to access a nightly snapshot of
snmp4j.

Often when faced with a bug, I (and others) ended up posting here a
get an add-hoc patch for some part of the framework, or posting such
patches here. In fact I have never worked with a official release of
snmp4j or snmp4j-agent, there was always at least a few patched
classes. Working like this is both time-consuming and error prone. I
also means some people will duplicate your patches, or diverge from
the base-code (I have to seriously review 1.7RC1 before using it,
because of such patches).

As more people use snmp4j and are willing to contribute code, this
issue will become more and more important.

Best regards

Matthias Wiesmann
