[SNMP4J] question regard the SampleAgent.java

Hi Dor,

A valid command line for SampleAgent is:

-c SampleAgent.cfg -bc SampleAgent.bc udp:127.0.0.1/4700 
udp:127.0.0.1/4701 tcp:127.0.0.1/4700

I do not know how Spring is related to SNMP4J-Agent?
