Hi Samuel,

Have you read the SNMP4J-Agent-Instrumentation-Guide PDF yet?
It can be applied 1:1 to SNMP4J-AgentX master and sub-agent
instrumentation as well. Only if you want to use AgentX shared tables,
you need to do additional work on index/region allocation.
